The Sydney Comedy Festival has in six short years rapidly developed into one of Australia’s major annual cultural events.

Since its inception in 2005, the Sydney Comedy Festival has played to over 540,000 patrons in some of Sydney’s key venues including the iconic Enmore Theatre & the Sydney Opera House.

A beacon for big name international acts such as Jason Alexander (US), Ross Noble (UK), Dylan Moran (Ire) Sandra Bernhardt (US) and Steve Coogan (UK) to name but a few, the Sydney Comedy Festival is also a keen advocate of the development of a local talent base presenting Australian emerging performers in projects such as its the Fresh @ the Factory series.
